Reading programs
Lincoln School students can participate in the Illinois State Book Award Programs.
Kindergarten through Second grade students will read books from the Monarch Book Award list.
Third and fourth grade students will read books from the Bluestem Book Award list.
These reading programs are optional but students participating have the opportunity to read a variety of outstanding books and vote with other Illinois students to choose the top books.
